I'm Austin McNair. I read birth charts — a map of where the sun, moon, and planets were the moment you were born — using one of the oldest systems in astrology, combined with modern psychology and an eye on what's happening in the sky right now. That means I can help you make hard decisions and understand how to use this moment's energy — not just tell you who you are, but what's coming and how to move with it.
What I do
Your birth chart is a snapshot of the sky at the moment you were born, specific to you. It shows how the sun, moon, and planets relate to each other and to the parts of life each one governs — identity, emotion, career, relationships, home. Together they describe the terrain you were handed and the story you've built on top of it.
I read that map back to you. I look at where each planet landed, which part of your life it's activating, and whether it's strong there or struggling. I also check which part of your life is "lit up" this particular year of yours. Then I look at today's sky and see what it's doing to your chart. Then I write.

Reading the Weather
Your chart is fixed. The sky overhead isn't.
I track what's currently crossing your chart's sensitive points and use that to make real predictions — the same way you'd predict anything from the information in front of you. I'll tell you what season you're in, what's likely next, and how to work with it toward what you're actually trying to accomplish.

Every reading is written down, just for you. You get a private, password-protected page on this site — not indexed, not public, not shared.
A full reading covers your rising sign (what was on the horizon when you were born — it shapes how others see you), your sun and moon, the major patterns between your planets, and what's working for you versus what's asking more effort. Where it matters, I'll cover upcoming timing too. It ends with the one or two things I'd want you to remember above everything else.
I write to you directly, in plain language. Any technical term gets explained on the spot — you don't need to know astrology going in.
